Abstract

Art is a language that connects emotions and thoughts, allowing us to express what words cannot. Through colors and shapes; especially in abstract art, deep and complex emotions are explored, adapting to the perception of each viewer according to their culture and experience. Colors are powerful tools that influence our emotions: warm colors evoke joy and vitality, while cold colors inspire melancholy or introspection. Although it is not always perceived this way, it may well be the opposite focusing on the context that surrounds them. It allows us to reflect and feel, providing a safe space to understand ourselves and connect with others. In a world that often represses emotions, art frees us, allowing us to be emotional and transform our experiences into personal growth and emotional connection.
