Abstract

The objective was to create a story to show the relationship between man and nature, describing the good life in relation to the Andean universe of José María Arguedas. Inspired by disbelief, curiosity, faith and respect for ancestral traditions under the conditions of a modern world that constantly seeks to impose its values and beliefs on indigenous communities, it fuses elements of reality and the supernatural, transporting us to the heights of Cajamarquilla, a place full of history and mystery. Through the characters of Raúl and Felipe, the story explores themes such as the importance of legends and traditions in the culture of a people, the relationship between man and nature and the existence of supernatural forces. In conclusion, the story has the characteristics of magical realism, folklore and tradition, inner conflict, appreciation of nature and a message of respect when describing the importance of preserving traditions and respecting the beliefs of others.
