Abstract

The objective of the study was to know the food consumption of students during recess time at the Santísima Trinidad educational institution in 2024. The population consisted of 35 students from said institution. The technique used was the interview and the instrument a registration form. Among the main statistical results, it was obtained that the most consumed products are food and cookies (35.3%), 47.0% of students perceive consuming healthy products and the average consumption expenditure per student is S/. 3.27 per day. Finally, the study concludes that the consumption of high school students during recess is not adequate, at the I.E Santísima Trinidad in 2024.
